Text message terms
Last updated 20 October 2026
The program
Stetica practice messaging.Practices that use Stetica send text messages to their own clients through it. Each message names the practice it is from. The messages are sent by Stetica, Inc. on the practice’s behalf, from a toll-free number.
What you will receive
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Links to a consent form or an intake form to complete before an appointment.
- Replies about your appointments and forms.
No marketing. A practice cannot send promotions through Stetica.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase, treatment or service. You can be a client of the practice without them.
How often
Message frequency varies with your appointments. Expect a few messages around each one and none in between.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You will get one text confirming that you have opted out, and no more from that practice. Your practice can still reach you by phone or email. To start again, tell your practice.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, call your practice, or email support@stetica.ai.
Photos you send
If you text a photo to your practice, it becomes part of your record at the practice and is stored in Stetica, not by the messaging carrier.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your signal.
Who may opt in
You must be the holder of the mobile number, or have the holder’s permission, and be an adult or have a parent or guardian agree for you.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy and how clients agree to texts.
Changes
When these terms change we post the new version here with a new date.
